Fees

Entry/Class Fees: $310 USEF, $260 ADS; Post Entry Fees: $100 Additional for any entries postmarked after closing date. Also, ANY change in entry voids original entry and the new entry will be treated as a Post Entry and it will incur the additional $100 fee. Entry Fee Refund Policy: Full refund less $100 before closing. After closing date, refund minus $100 with a Doctor or Vet Certificate. Stall Fee: $150 from the date stables open. Additional nights shall be charged at $25/night and arrangements for early arrival or late departure must
be made in writing (email preferred) with show secretary or they will not be honored; Stall Deposit: $30; Separate Check? Yes; Stall Refund Policy: Refund of stall fee minus $25 prior to closing date,

Stable Opens: Tues., 1/28/14, 12 PM; Secretary's Office Opens: Wed., 1/29/14, 9 AM; Competitor Packets will be available at 9 AM on Wed., 1/29/14. Vet Check: Thurs., 1/30/14, 9 AM; Pony Measurement, if needed, immediately following Vet Check. Competitor Briefing: Thurs., 1/30/14, approx. 5 PM. There will be no course walk, competitors may visit Section E only with ATV's, golf carts, etc. Section A may be visited on foot or by bicycle. Presentation: On the move. Dressage: Thurs., 1/30/14 for Advanced, ALL Teams or Tandems, regardless of the division, and Intermediate. Fri., 1/31/14 for Training and Preliminary Marathon: Sat., 2/1/14; Cones: Sun., 2/2/14; Social Events: Competitor Briefing, sponsored by Cavalor.

Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date. A Health Certificate within 30 days is required for entry into the state of Florida.
Stabling Information: The Florida Horse Park requests that shavings be purchased from the Park. Shavings are $9 per bag and may be ordered in advance (email preferred). Stalls are temporary with canvas over steel
frame doors.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 917) Drivers and Navigators, or any combination thereof, may go a MAXIMUM of 2 times on course, schedule permitting.
Misc. Show Info: No Dogs allowed in any of the competition areas or show office. Dogs must be on a least at ALL times. Any loose dogs will go to Doggie Jail. Bail is set at $100 for each offense. :-) Golf Carts are available and can be reserved from Masters Golf Cars, 352-307-0111
Awards Offered: Class awards 1-6 place. Other special awards. Competitors will be eligible for the Florida Triple Crown Awards to be presented at the Kingdom of the Sun for Preliminary and Training and Live

Camping On Grounds: Yes. There are a limited number of 30amp hookups available for $200 and $50 per night for early arrival and late departure. The fee for camping without a hookup is $100.

Directions to Show: From I-75, take the Belleview/Dunnellon exit (CR 484) which is 1 exit south of Ocala. Turn east and go to the second light which is CR 475. Turn north and go 2.7 miles to the Horse
Park entrance on the left.
