Misc. Show info : This is a beginner friendly event, a true one-day. No water
available on grounds. No natural shade. Please, bring water, food and
drinks for you and your horse. Please leave your trailer area as clean as
when you arrived. This event is held at a CT state park. All obstacles
within easy walking distance. Bicycles allowed, no ATVs or motorized
vehicles (Exceptions are made for those with disabilities --see organizer).
Assistance and information is always near, by asking a show official, we
are always happy to be of service! All dogs must be leashed. Thanks!
Accommodations: Contact organizer for hotel, camping and stabling
available in the area.
Camping on Grounds: No; Details: This is a State Park that doesn’t
allow overnight camping.
Off Grounds: Yes, Details: Contact organizer for arrangements.Directions
to Show: From the North: off I-91 south, take a left, Exit 22S onto
Route 9. Take Exit 10 off Route 9 to end of ramp, right on Route 154.
Follow Route 154 for 4.5 miles, and Haddam Meadows State Park is
on the left. From the South: take I-95, then take Exit 69 onto Route
9 north to Exit 7, merge onto Route 82. At light left onto Route 154.
Follow Route 154 for 3.4 miles, Haddam Meadows State Park is on the
right. THEN, on entering park, bear right, drive along field, parking
at far end. Parking help will be available as space is limited.
