Fees

Entry/Class Fees: $20 ea. or Division Discount: $120 / 7 classes; Juniors $15 ea. or Division Discount: $60 / 6 classes; Post Entry Fees: $20 per class for entries received after July 15th; Cross-Entries cannot be accepted after July 15th; Entry Fee Refund Policy: Upon the receipt of a Veterinarian’s or Physician’s Certificate attesting to the inability of the equine or competitor to participate due to illness or injury. The Certificate must be received prior to July 20, 2013. Stall fees, Boxed Lunch and Dinner reservations/fees will be forfeited, unless there are wait-lists; Stall Fee: $135 includes 1 bag of shavings. Stall Deposit: None; Other Fees: $5 ADS Competition Support Fee or $30 ADS Non-Member Fee. ADS Fees must be paid by separate check made payable to ADS and submitted with your entry form; Grounds Fee $12, Camping $25, Competition Dinner $20, Boxed Lunch $10, Additional Shavings $8 ea. Summary of Classes Offered: Turnout, Reinsmanship, Working, Timed Obstacles, Pick Your Own Route Obstacle, Town & Country Obstacle, Concours d’Elegance, and Strawberry Banks Trot Through Knox Carriage Drive*. See Prize List for classes & specifications;
*Carriage Drive Notes: (In-House Rules) Participation is required to be eligible for championships, except for Junior Division; A second marathon-type vehicle may be used if noted on entry form. No pneumatic tire vehicles allowed. See the Prize List for class specifications;

Ring/Warm-up area Footing: The two fenced rings are mowed grass. Warm-up is a mowed grass polo field.

Misc. Class Info: Two enclosed rings with classes running concurrently.

Accommodations: Lodging list on website & Prize List. Book rooms early! Community celebration is the same weekend;
