Stable Opens: 12 PM Sunday, August 3; Secretary’s Office Opens: 3 PM Tuesday, August 5; Course Walk and Briefings: Cross Country - One hour prior to the start of the show each morning; Cones: Before each Cones Class; Social Events: Details to be forwarded upon receipt of entry.

Other Information
Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins certificate within 2 years of show date for New York State horses and 1 year for out of state horses. A Rabies Certificates within 1 year of show date for all horses.
Stabling Information: State of the art tent stalls with doors
Food Available on the Grounds: Yes, beginning at noon on Tuesday, August 5th, 2014
Accommodations: Hotel and Motel information provided in Prize List or visit www.walnuthillfarm.org. When making reservations with our Official Hotels make sure to mention the Walnut Hill Group.
Camping On Grounds: Yes, RV-$130 for the week per site, reserved for Competitors only, space is limited
Directions to Show: Take Exit 45 from New York State Thruway, follow interstate 490 West to your first exit (Bushnell’s Basin), turn right on Rte. 96 and proceed through Bushnell’s Basin to Thornell Road (first left turn past the Hitching Post Plaza on your left.) Follow Thornell Road to the end – Turn left on West Bloomfield Road, Walnut Hill Farm will be about 1.5 miles and Stabling will be on the left.
