Fees

Entry/Class Fees: $155 CDE; $90 CT; Post Entry Fees: $200 for CDE, $120 for CT; Entry Fee Refund Policy: All fees before closing. After closing, all fees with vet certificate stating the inability of the animal to participate due to injury or illness, less $40 office fee. Certificate must be received prior to 8/28 for refund. Stall Fee: Fri. - Sun., $140 per stall. Pairs and multiples, $140 first stall, $80 add’l stalls; Tack Stalls $75 if available. Included 2 bags shavings per horse stall. Early Stabling – Additional day (s) $25 each stall/day; Stall Deposit: None; Stall Refund Policy: Non-refundable after closing; Other Fees: Golf carts available at $200, include with entry. Must be ordered in advance by closing date – price good for entire weekend; Early Stabling before Friday must add $25/night/stall. Late Stabling Sunday night must add $25 per/ night / stall. Stable Opens: Thursday, 8/28 noon; Secretary’s Office Opens: Thursday, 8/28 noon; First Inspection: on move during dressage; Course Walk and Briefings: Friday, 8/29 5pm Training course walk following; Presentation: On the Move; Mandatory safety checks prior to Dressage and Marathon; Dressage: Saturday 8:30 am; All Intermediate, ADS Advanced and Multiples Dressage & Cones Friday 2:00 pm (Competitors will be determined and be notified in advance); Marathon: Sunday, 8/31 8:30 am; Cones: Friday and Saturday following Dressage. All carriages will be measured; Social Events: Welcome Party following briefing on Friday evening, approx. 6:30 pm; Awards dinner on Sunday following Marathon.

Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date for all competitors. MUST send copy with entry, 30 day health certificates for all out-of-state entries will be checked upon arrival – Do not send with entry.
Stabling Information: 10x10 permanent wood stalls. Additional shavings available on grounds at $7/bag. NO STRAW. All horses must be stalled. For layover stabling, contact secretary.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 943.2) Yes, IF scheduling permits. Drivers may compete with more than one entry in different divisions only.
Misc. Show info: Meals provided on grounds, including continental breakfast, Saturday and Sunday lunch – donations are requested to defray costs. Silent Auction & Sales Booth: Donations for Silent Auction accepted through Friday evening. No schooling in obstacles 30 days prior to event. Approved protective headgear required in on marathon. Protective headgear may be worn in dressage and cones without penalty. Breeching mandatory on all single turnouts. (Article 940.1.14) SMV sign required. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH.
Awards Offered: Classes: Prize and 8 ribbons, Championships, Secretary Award, Morgan High Point, Novice High Point.
Food Available on the Grounds: Yes. Friday evening - complimentary wine/cheese / appetizer reception at 6:30. Saturday lunch / dinner on your own. All competitors invited to Sunday award lunch following marathon.

Camping On Grounds: Yes, $25/night for electricity and water (site filled on first-entry basis); no fee for trailer/tent camping; Include all fees with entry. Absolutely NO RV, trailer, ATV hook-ups or large appliances plugged in at barns.

Directions to Show: Park has no physical address, please follow these directions: From I-65 south of Indianapolis, take exit 76B (US31/Taylorsville). North 4 miles on US 31 to Edinburgh. After crossing river, at Jct. SR 252 (3rd stoplight), turn left onto Old Hospital Road (may see signs about Camp Atterbury). Go 3 miles and turn right, into Johnson County Park on School House Rd.
